We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or 13+ with parental supervision). You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm, harass, or exploit others
• Upload or share illegal, obscene, harmful, or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, hack, or disrupt the Services
• Use automated means for data extraction or spam

4. Content and Ownership

User Content: You retain rights to content you submit and are responsible for having the necessary permissions.

AI Output: We do not claim ownership of generated output and disclaim liability for how it is used.

Intellectual Property: All rights in our Services and software belong to Jerry's AI. Use of our marks requires prior consent.

5. Fees and Payments

Some Services are free; others are paid as described on our Subscribe page. Payments are typically in SGD, may include taxes, are generally non-refundable unless stated, and will be auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any reason, including breach. You may stop using the Services at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to fees paid in the last 6 months (if any)

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jerry's AI and its affiliates from claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to third-party sites/tools. We are not responsible for their content or terms; use them at your own risk.

10. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect data in line with the Singapore PDPA and other laws.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; failing that, they may be brought in the courts of Singapore.

12. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Jerry's AI.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
• Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays effective.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
